Meet The Stubbs Family!

Welcome Ladies!! My name is Frances Stubbs, I am a wife and stay-at-home mother. I’ve been married to my wonderful husband, Christian Sr. for 7 years now and we have 3 beautiful children, our 5 year old twin boys, Christian Jr. and Chrishon and our little princess Faith Camille who’s 1 year old. My husband works full-time and is working to create his first graphic novel. I came home to be with our children in 2016, shortly after our boys turned 1. Being able to be here for our family everyday brings me joy. Christian Jr., was diagnosed with Autism in 2018 when he was 3 years old. It’s been a journey and he has some challenges to overcome but I am thankful to be able to be there for him every step of the way. We are going to start homeschooling our boys this Fall. They will be starting Kindergarten. This will be a whole new journey for our family and something we feel called to do for our children. Most of the time, our home is a ball of love, laughter, fun and lots of singing! All the time:D

Joyful Hearts is a Christian-based blog that helps to encourage women to live joyfully through Christ. As mothers and wives we give a lot of ourselves to our families, friends, work, home and the list goes on. It’s important for us to replenish ourselves as well and this will look different for all of us but one of the most vital ways is by spending time with God. In my experience, spending time with God by reading my bible, listening to music, praying, etc has yielded more joy throughout my day and has given me strength and a good perspective to get through the challenges the day brings. My hope is that your joy will reflect in every area of your life and that even during life’s toughest moments you are able to find comfort and strength in Jesus.

Through my monthly blogs, I would like to help you discover ways to have more joy throughout your days, as well as hear your feedback on different things you do to lead a more positive life. I also love to talk about ways to help strengthen your marriage, grow in your motherhood journey and life in general, such as self-care, spiritual grow, tough times, goals, hobbies, relationships, etc. We can all learn from each other and that’s what this community is all about.
